If you've felt like you're playing a part in a movie that no longer fits, this session helps you rewrite the script. We explore how you've been showing up in relationships, work, and with yourself, and we gently uproot the beliefs and narratives that keep you dimming your own light. My role is to notice the patterns and triggers, then reflect them back in language that makes sense-no jargon, just real talk.
From there, we work on redirection: not in a controlling way, but by opening your mind to new thought patterns and possibilities. You'll start to see how your nervous system has been reacting on autopilot, and how you can consciously choose a different scene for your life. These conversations are both spiritual and practical, helping you pinpoint your energetic "frequency" and the role your soul has been asking you to play all along.
